ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW IS HERE

On this page, you will find all the advice and instructions that we include on paper with your order.

  • This is a perfect fit!

The chest straps don't push into the armpits and aren't too far from them either. The neck straps are perfectly positioned on top of the shoulders. The back and bottom are neither too short nor too long.
  • Too high :(

Loosen the neck straps and slightly
    extend the strap between the front legs;
otherwise, the neck sits too high and
    pulls the entire harness, causing
discomfort for the dog in the neck area
due to pressure on the lower part of
the trachea when pulled, as well as
    chafing the armpits during movement.
  • Too short :(

The strap between front legs should be longer to move the chest straps away from armpits.
  • Just to much :(

The neck straps are too loose and need
    to be tightened. Additionally, extend
the strap between the front legs to prevent
the harness from digging into the armpits.
Check by ensuring that both triangles at
the top and the bottom of the neck sit on
the bones (for the lower triangle,
it's acceptable if it sits slightly
    above the breastbone).
  • Dachshund, Basset Hound, Great Dane, Doberman, Bull Terrier, English Bulldog, American Bully, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Bullmastiff.

These dog breeds have a prominently protruding breastbone, which can cause a harness to shift into the armpits when worn in the standard position. To better accommodate this anatomy, adjust the harness so that the chest ring (front triangle) sits slightly below the breastbone. This will help keep the strap between the front legs from sliding up into the armpits.
  • REGULAR

1m and 1.5m. Both leashes have a handy d-ring to attach a bag holder, flashlight, basically anything with a carabiner or loop.
You can also loop the leash by hooking the carabiner of the same leash to the d-ring and sling it over your shoulder like a bag for those times when your dog is walking without a leash. Or attach one of our leashes with two carabiners.
  • ADJUSTABLE

The perfect option for those who want to try a hands-free leash but are not sure. Or it can be a conscious choice because this leash can be attached to anything, even a chair leg in a cafe while you are enjoying a cup of coffee.
It is very easy to change the position
    of the leash
of the leash - just pass the sling through the sliding part of the clasp and adjust the desired length.
  • HANDS-FREE

Is our most variable leash, we counted 7 applications:
    1.as a regular leash 2.around waist 3.over the shoulder
    4. for 3m length - shorten the length to 1,5m.
5.double dog leash. 6.triple dog leash (if you add a walker and another leash)7.can be attached to chair leg in cafe or dog hitching post. (for example) Also from recent observations, we have found that hands-free leash (in the over the shoulder position) is convenient for throwing a jacket on if it's getting hot outside.

NARROW LEASHES

Narrow leashes from the budget collection are a great find for walks with small dogs. They feature the lightest strap and a micro carabiner-what more do you need for a comfortable walk?
Ideal for dogs up to 6 kg.
Caring for such a leash is no different from caring for any other equipment: wash in the machine at 30° in a laundry bag and then - air dry.
If you're a lucky owner of a hands-free leash from such a strap, I can share a life hack: If your dog is walking off-leash and you don't know where to put the leash, you can clip the carabiners and rings together and wear them across your shoulder-it's very convenient during walks, or for a bike ride - especially when your dog is in a basket while you ride.
  • RUBBERIZED HANDS-FREE LEASH AND REGULAR RUBBERIZED LEASH

Are slightly different variations of the regular hands-free leash and the regular leash - these leashes are longer and unlike their forebears - the sling is not slippery, which is great for dogs that pull on the leash, as well as such a sling gives more control on walks.
  • CARE INSTRUCTIONS

If/when a rubberized leash or walker, gets dirty, it can be cleaned in the washing machine at 30 degrees and dried naturally.

Check your carabiner once a month to make sure it working properly.

IF YOUR CARABINER STARTS TO MALFUNCTION, GIVE IT A PROPER CLEAN AND A LIGHT SPRAY WITH WD-40 OR ANOTHER SUITABLE MECHANICAL LUBRICANT.
  • BREAKING LOAD

Breaking load of rubberized webbing itself is 300kg, however its only 15mm wide and if your dog is very active and big (30kg and more) you may consider choosing wider version, to do so - contact us.
  • Attach It Properly!

Please make sure you attach the carabiner to the harness ring correctly. Your dog's safety can depend on proper attachment.
If the carabiner is not secured the right way—especially if it does not have an auto-locking mechanism—it may come undone on its own due to its design. Taking a moment to double-check can help prevent accidents.

HOW TO ADJUST A MARTINGALE

1.Put a martingale around the dog's neck

2.tighten the sliding part
(pull the carabiner ring)

3. adjust the desired size of the
martingale with the sling adjuster

4 there must be no space between
the martingale and the dog's
neck - otherwise the dog may
injure his neck when jerking.

i.e. as soon as the metal parts on which the dynamic part of the martingale rides
touch each other tightly to the dog's neck - you have adjusted correctly.
  • IMPOTANT!

size adjustment must only be carried out in the tightened position!

Otherwise, if adjustments are made in a relaxed position, martingale will become a choke collar - which it should not be!

General Care Instructions

All gear is machine washable. Just make sure to place it in a laundry bag to protect both the item and the washing machine drum. Wash at no more than 30°C (86°F). Do not tumble dry — instead, let the item air dry naturally. The only type of gear that doesn’t require machine washing is leashes made of Biothane or Hexa. Simply wipe them down with a damp cloth. For older or stubborn dirt, scrub the leash gently with a sponge in warm soapy water, then rinse with clean water.
